What Was Your Motivation For Starting ProSport Fitness?

I joined ProSport Fitness because I’d started to feel very tired most of the time, lethargic, just not wanting to open my eyes in the morning, and just feeling like a big bag of potatoes

What Has Been Your Biggest Achievement?

My biggest achievement has been the motivation to keep coming. At first it was hard but now I miss coming to class if I can’t make it.

What Was Your Main Goal For Joining ProSport Fitness?

My goal was to feel better about myself, and I have achieved that. I am more toned, I’ve got more energy. it’s been a revelation really.

How Did you Feel Everyday Before Joining ProSport Fitness

Before I joined the ProSport, I could describe it as being dull, not wanting to do anything, everything was a chore, and it wasn’t a pleasant place to be.

What Were Your Biggest Struggles Throughout Your First Couple of Weeks

My biggest struggles, as I said, were actually getting the motivation to come to the first couple of weeks of sessions, ’cause it’s hard work. But if you want to achieve the objectives you have to work hard. After the first couple of weeks, after meeting all the lovely people here, it was something to look forward to.

How Do You Feel 12 Weeks Into Joining ProSport Fitness

Since I’ve done this 12 weeks challenge my mood has lifted really well, my family have noticed it, and it’s a joy to get up in the morning, ’cause I have more energy.

What Did You Enjoy The Most About The Classes?

The most enjoyable things were meeting people who all have the same goal and objectives, and working towards that together, a bit like a team really.

What Would You Say To Someone Thinking About Joining ProSport Fitness

Do it, that’s the best advice I’d give to anybody. Go, sign up, do it, stick to it, and you’ll get your goal at the end. Yes, my partner thinks I look much better and, only this weekend somebody was saying how much slimmer I looked.I don’t think it’s so much inches, I think it’s the fact I’m toned up now.

Well my mood after doing the challenge has definitely improved, I feel fitter and more alert, more active, and generally in a good place.

What Did You Enjoy The Most About The Classes?

I really enjoyed meeting new people and actually learning the different exercises, using the machines, well everything really, it’s just all been positive.

What Would You Say To Someone Thinking About Joining ProSport Fitness

I would definitely advise them to stick to it, no pain no gain, and it really is worth it in the end. My friends and family have definitely noticed a difference in me. I’ve had comments on Facebook saying how toned, and how well I look, especially for my age.

My main motivation was to have a new challenge. I wanted to tone up and exercise a bit more.

Overcoming the fear of kettlebells, and being able to actively use those sorts of equipment.

My main goal was to overcome the fear of equipment and I have definitely achieved that.

My biggest struggles were just finding time really, to fit all the classes in, I wanted to do so many because they were all so enjoyable.

What Did You Enjoy The Most About The Classes?

The variety, there were lots of different sessions, like different sort of exercises.

What Would You Say To Someone Thinking About Joining ProSport Fitness

The advice that I’d give to somebody starting here would be just to come and try it,
and not be scared, just jump in with both feet, and experience it really.
