I was injured for a little over a year in my back, I started on regular physiotherapy sessions at the beginning of my injury which then progressed into massages towards the end of my treatments.

Sarah is just lovely, so professional but also seems genuinely interested in getting you better. My problem has been a bit of a puzzle but she has never give up and now I am so much better! After years of pain, finally in my 70’s I have found physiotherapists whose treatment really works. I cannot find fault as you cannot put a price on being pain free. It takes work between treatments yourself at home,  but with commitment it is well worth it. Great service all round from Prosport. Booking appointments easy, reception staff go out of their way to fit you in when it suits you.
Physio (Oli) very knowledgeable and competent and genuinely seems to want to help me recover from a chronic painful elbow injury which I'm nearly there with (6 weeks is surprisingly quick when I've had the injury 4/5 months). Friendly and professional manner always.

I had an online telehealth series of treatment with Sarah which was top notch. I have had old injuries flare up on and off for years and finally feel like I know what’s going on and how to manage them. She also helped me with some low back pain I was having. I know the system so I knew it would help, but I couldn’t see my own problems clearly. I approached ProSport after getting nowhere with previous practices, with a very painful achilles and calf strain to the point where I couldn't even walk properly.
