At Pro Sport Physiotherapy we know that no part of the system works in isolation which is why our class is designed to target your breathing to promote optimal Pelvic Floor health whilst strengthening your abdominals, hips and lower back without wasting your time and money by giving you textbook exercises so that you can lift your kids, run, cough, sneeze and laugh without worrying about leaking.

Increase your fitness and energy so that you move with ease, without aches and pains as well as flattening tummies so that you feel 100% confident in the way you look and feel

Balance is one of those things that come under the "use it or lose it" category. When was the last time you had to balance on one leg? The truth is you'll probably do it on a daily basis when you're putting your shoes and socks on but do you ever find it tricky to do as you feel weak or unsteady on your feet causing you to lose your balance and almost fall over?  At Pro Sport Physiotherapy we want to help every person in Huddersfield feel confident and take back control of their lives using a series of fun and challenging exercises that will strengthen the lower body to reduce the risk of falls, improve your ankle stability and to give you the confidence to feel like you again.
